PRINCE2® Foundation
Ideal for beginners, the Foundation course is designed for those new to project management.
You’ll learn:

• PRINCE2® terminology and key principles

• The structure and stages of managing a project

• How to build confidence in a project management environment

It’s the perfect starting point to kick off your career with solid knowledge and a recognised qualification.

PRINCE2® Practitioner
Best suited for those already involved in managing projects, the Practitioner course builds on the Foundation level.
You’ll gain:

• A deeper understanding of how to apply PRINCE2® in real-world scenarios

• Practical tools and techniques for leading successful projects

• Qualification for more senior or specialised project roles

You must complete the Foundation course before progressing to Practitioner.

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner

PRINCE2 Agile combines the structure of PRINCE2 with the flexibility of agile delivery methods.

It’s ideal for professionals such as:

• Project Managers and Aspiring Project Managers

• Scrum Masters and Product Owners

• Team Managers (e.g. Product Delivery Managers)

• Developers working in agile environments

• Business Professionals and Project Support Roles

The Foundation level tests your understanding of PRINCE2 Agile principles and terminology.
The Practitioner level assesses your ability to apply that knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Note: You must complete the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation course before progressing to the Practitioner level.

System Requirements Windows:

Ensure that your computer meets the following system requirements:

• Windows® 10 (Windows 10S is not supported), Windows® 8.1, Windows® 8
• Internet Explorer version 10 or greater
• Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of RAM (recommended)
• Active Full-Time/Broadband internet connection of at least 4Mbps
• 16-bit monitor (at least 15”) with screen resolution 1024 x 768 or higher
• Speakers and microphone (the use of headsets is only allowed during onboarding)
• Keyboard and mouse or another pointing device (keyboard set to English characters)
• A single web camera (embedded or external – no mobile phone) you can rotate.

System Requirements Mac:

Ensure that your computer meets the following system requirements:

• macOS Sierra (10.12), macOS High Sierra (10.13), macOS Mojave (10.14), macOS Catalina (10.15) or macOS Big Sur (11)
• Mac compatible web camera (no mobile phone) and microphone (for Mac Mini and MacPro)
• Active Full-Time/Broadband internet connection of at least 4Mbps
• Keyboard and mouse or any other pointing device (keyboard set to English characters)
• Speakers and microphone (the use of headsets is only allowed during onboarding).
